Background on Al Monserrat
Monserrat brings more than 25 years of enterprise software experience, including 15 years at Citrix. Monserrat ran Worldwide Sales and spearheaded the growth that took Citrix from hundreds of millions to more than $3B in revenue. Following Citrix, Monserrat became CEO of RES Software, an innovative software company that helped IT support hybrid end-user computing (EUC) environments. During his two years at RES, Monserrat saw the team through a period of explosive growth, including a complete overhaul of product, internal infrastructure, and implementation of best-in-class people practices. He led the company through acquisition by Ivanti in 2017.
Most recently, Monserrat was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Nuance Communications’ Document Imaging Division. Under his leadership, the division’s flagship product was re-positioned, transformed, and successfully sold in 2019.
